I am best known for my ability to make magic happen
and most recognisable for my smile.
My journey into the equality, diversity sector started when I was a student, and now over a decade later I have gained a wealth of experience driving culture transformation across the education, charity and corporate sectors with courage, compassion and integrity.
I am proud to be a TEDx and keynote speaker, aspiring CEO, multi-award winning equality specialist, and documentary director. Comfortable waltzing from the boardroom to the community - my versatility in leadership makes me the perfect choice to inspire global stages, deliver training consultancy and more.
I stepped into the creative space as a Film Director and Producer in 2022 bringing authentic stories to the big screen and have since released two documentaries “Speak Little One” and “Rice At Home.”

My greatest quality is using words to leave an impact, beyond the talk, key note or webinar. In 2022 I delivered at TEDx on mental health and leadership, which echoes my core values of compassion, grace and humanity.
As an experienced public speaker, I curate speeches that touch hearts and minds - with a sprinkle of humour - bringing the audience together through shared connection - and leaving you with the self belief that you can change the world.
I have delivered bespoke EDI consultancy equipping and empowering clients across the UK which have included Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, English UK, Mind, Citizens Advice, and St John's Ambulance.
I am confident in navigating those sticky organisational questions whilst creating a safe environment to ask the questions that really matter.

elevating lived experience through film
I understand the power that seeing yourself reflected on the big screen can have on your sense of self. I accidently fell into filmmaking in 2022 but have since intentionally built a flourishing creative career as a documentary Director and Producer.
I am available to join production teams on film projects relating to identity, belonging, community and culture.
